Chester DAC – Architect Member Opportunity

Chester DAC is looking to recruit additional architect members with experience of conservation, reordering and extensions to church buildings to join the committee The diocese stretches from the Wirral and the Welsh borders in the west to the Peak District in the east and includes the southern suburbs of the Manchester conurbation. With over 300 churches, 100 of which are rural, 40 listed Grade I and over 200 listed Grade II* and II we have a busy and varied agenda. We normally have 10 meetings a year at the Diocesan offices just off the M56 motorway near Runcorn. Members of the committee sometimes undertake site visit to review faculty casework.
